Happy Saturday everyone! Hope your weekend is off to an amazing start. I can’t believe it’s almost the second week of October?! This year has been flying by! To kick off fall, I wanted to compile a bucket list of items that I wanted to get done before the season is over. With how fast each day tends to end, it’s so important that we make the best of each day and fill it with stuff we love to do. I will put ** next to any items that can be done for a fun night in/out with your significant other. Follow along with me and share any fall bucket list items that you complete!
** – Date night ideas
- Go to a Pumpkin Patch **
- Carve Pumpkins **
- Bake a fall inspired treat ** – Open a bottle of wine or get a 6-pack to make this a fun date night!
- Find a new fall make-up look
- Go to a haunted house **
- Host a friendsgiving
- Complete a fall craft (i.e. fall wreath, table centerpiece for thanksgiving, scrapbook)
- Watch my favorite halloween movies with hot chocolate ** – I LOVE cuddling up & watching a good scary movie or even a staple movie like Hocus Pocus/Halloweentown
- Cook a new soup recipe in the crockpot
- Watch a sunset on the beach ** – My favorite thing to do since I live so close to the beach is watching a sunset…with a bottle of wine + a large pepperoni pizza!
- Visit local farmers market
- Have a bonfire and make S’mores **
- Write a thankful list
- Drink a craft pumpkin beer
- Do something special for a friend
- Start budgeting for Christmas
- Clean out my closet
- Cook a new dinner with the hubs **
- Find a new book to read
- Spend more time outdoors – We used to go on walks everyday after dinner and with how hot it’s been we stopped. So making this a priority since it’s so nice to take a break from staring at a screen to spend time with people you love.
- Decorate the porch
- Take more time to be off social media – This is something I have been needing to do. I will be making sure to put my phone down after 8pm every night.
Thank you all for reading this. I hope this inspires you to make your own list or helps you check off some fun to-dos!
